We all need a pamper and precious me-time, after discovering how my voice was a healing tool, I began to practice using it in spas - if i could get a moment alone - one day I will open my own spas, and in the meantime, I make use of my bathroom.

in a busy life, I love to incorporate meditation and ritual into my regular activities, there is always something to let go of hence the metaphor of “shedding a skin” which we literally do when we bath. Hot water helps us to relax and warm water can remind us of the womb, letting the water envelop and hold us, then when we exit the water we can do a reset and consider what we would like to birth.
